Job Summary
A bank is seeking a Telecommute Mortgage Loan Purchase Specialist 3.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Receiving and purchasing loans from third party lenders
- Reviewing loans to ensure compliance with bank, regulatory and investor guidelines
- Communicating with lenders, staff, title companies, etc
Qualifications for this position include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three to five years of experience in mortgage industry, or other relevant experience
- Preferred advanced knowledge of loan processing, closing and funding policies and procedures
