A staffing agency has a current position open for a Telecommute Underwriter in Jacksonville.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Review and verify loan applications and supporting documentation
- Analyze loan risk and request additional information as necessary
- Prepare reports on assessment findings
Skills and Requirements Include:
- At least 3 years of recent and relevant underwriting conventional, FHA, VA, or Bond Program loans
- Must be highly organized and able to prioritize multiple deadlines effectively
- High mathematical aptitude
- Expert level knowledge of mortgage loan processing and relevant legal regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and automated underwriting systems
