Job Summary

A mortgage loan servicer is seeking a Telecommute Mortgage Loan Wholesale Business Development Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing and regularly maintaining a sales strategy process
  • Working to expand and grow existing client relationships when prudent
  • Researching and identifying new market opportunities

Qualifications Include:

  • 4 Year Degree or 5 Years related industry experience
  • Hands-On knowledge of the loan originations process
  • Proficient computer knowledge; familiarity with basic MS Office applications
  • Knowledge of business structures like LLC, LP, SP and others
  • Ability to utilize Loan Pricing Rate Sheets
  • A firm grasp of the mortgage origination process
