Job Summary

A nationwide banking and financing company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Mortgage Operations Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing the administration and coordination of all mortgage loan servicing and/or operational functions
  • Establishing and administering policies and procedures to ensure compliance with various regulatory, investor, government and corporate requirement
  • Hiring, training, motivating, and directing the activities of loan servicing or operational personnel

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - Eight to ten years of experience in mortgage servicing or operations activities
  • Four or more years of supervisory/management experience
  • Eight to ten years of experience in mortgage servicing or operations activities
