Job Summary
A technology consulting company has an open position for a Telecommute Mortgage Post Closer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Analyze defects identified in the closed loan package
- Validating and auditing final signed documents according to state, county and investor guidelines
- Ensuring FHA, VA, and Rural Housing mortgage loans are following investor and /or agency guidelines
Position Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in handling low complexity transactions
- Experience working with MS Office
- Communication Skills
- Analytical skills
