Job Summary
A financial company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Mortgage Servicing Support Contact Center Supervisor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing real-time and/or side-by-side operational and sales coaching
- Developing and leading individual monthly performance meetings
Qualifications for this position include:
- 1+ year sales experience required
- 5+ years in a call center environment and/or customer service experience required
- HS Diploma, GED or Foreign Equivalent
