Job Summary
A banking and financial institution has a current position open for a Telecommute Mortgage Territory Sales Manager.
Must be able to:
- Manage home-lending production for a team of mortgage market managers and support staff
- Manage and coordinate the production activities of the sales force
- Direct and coach sales managers to implement profitable sales initiatives
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- OR a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service)
- 8+ years industry-relevant experience
- 5 years of prior management experience
- Proven leadership experience with a moderate to large scope of responsibility
