• Delivering engaging, powerful, and impactful classroom or virtual facilitation to both new hire and tenured Retail Mortgage professionals
• Managing the instructional design and delivery of new programs
• Staying current on new products, processes, and regulations within the industry as well as system updated/changes

Qualifications Include:

• 5+ years of experience facilitating residential mortgage training for loan origination and operations roles
• Prior experience developing and delivering content
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and presentation skills with strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated and ability to work independently to meet project requirements with minimal supervision
