Job Summary

A nationwide banking and financing company has a current position open for a Telecommute Mortgage Underwriter 3.

Must be able to:

  • Analyze and evaluate residential loan applications
  • Gather, analyze and interpret all types of credit information for existing and prospective retail banking customers

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Five or more years of mortgage underwriting experience
  • Advanced understanding of factors affecting real estate values and credit analysis
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer navigation skills
  • Experience with FHA, VA and HUD loans
