Job Summary

A private mortgage lending service provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Mortgage Underwriter.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Being an expert on agency loan guidelines
  • Managing and monitoring the daily workflow of your files
  • Making sound decisions on loans regarding the creditworthiness of borrowers

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Current knowledge of RESPA and MDIA regulations
  • Working closely with Retail MLO's, and operations staff
  • At least 3 years' experience underwriting
