Job Summary
A financial services company has an open position for a Telecommute Mortgage Underwriter III in the Atlanta Area.
Must be able to:
- Conduct proactive and effective pipeline management in accordance with performance standard expectations
- Request additional information and/or documentation from Mortgage Loan Processors and Mortgage Loan Originators
- Perform detailed underwriting analysis on all BB&T Mortgage loan products
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel, occasionally overnight
- Ability to utilize mortgage automated processing system
- Five years of mortgage loan underwriting experience or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent education and related training
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications
