A staffing company is seeking a Telecommute Mortgage Underwriter in Irvine.

Must be able to:

  • Analyze credit documents
  • Assess potential borrower's assets

Qualifications Include:

  • For FHA: DE certification and recent FHA underwriting experience
  • 3+ years of experience as a A-Paper Mortgage Underwriter
  • Understanding and knowledge of current residential lending guidelines
  • Current knowledge of federal and state laws on mortgage banking industry
  • Current knowledge of mortgage origination process, policies, and procedures
