Job Summary

A staffing agency is in need of a Telecommute Mortgage Underwriter in Morgantown.

Must be able to:

  • Analyze income documents, cash flow, and credit risk
  • Analyze rental income on multiple properties, and self-employed borrowers with P&L statements
  • Review business tax returns

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • BS/BA Degree
  • Fannie and Freddie conforming mortgage experience
  • DE certified, this is a MUST
  • Adaptability to utilize your underwriting background in loan modification
