A staffing agency is in need of a Telecommute Mortgage Underwriter in Philadelphia.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Address credit related issues, title, appraisal, and compliance
  • Review complex financial documents
  • Make credit recommendations

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of two years recent mortgage underwriting experience
  • Minimum of two years loan origination system experience
  • Knowledge of conventional guidelines, federal lending regulations governing real estate lending
  • Must show a strong capacity to address credit related issues, title, appraisal, and compliance
  • Thorough understanding of credit and an ability to review complex financial documents
  • Flexibility to work extended hours during heavy workload periods
