A financial company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Mortgage Underwriter in Scottsdale.

- Assessing the risk of a loan and making an approval or decline decision
- Responding to post closing reviews and audits in a timely fashion
- Verifying the accuracy of all calculations
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of mortgage underwriting experience
- Proficient PC skills to include Excel, Word, and Microsoft Outlook
- Excellent documentation, organization, and analytical skills
- Knowledge of investor and GS guidelines including Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
