Job Summary
A financial company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Mortgage Underwriter IV.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Validating automated underwriting findings, asset, income, and collateral documents
- Reviewing the appraisal to ensure valuation is accurate and value is supported
- Calculating and reviewing the Net Tangible Benefit in applicable states
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3-5 years of Mortgage Underwriting with extensive government experience
- FHA, DE and VP LAPP/SAR credentials
- USDA, One Time Close or 203K construction experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Working knowledge of mortgage related software
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, specifically Word and Excel
