Job Summary
An outsourced finance, accounting, and HR services company has a current position open for a Telecommute Multi Client Accounting Manager in Miami.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide operational leadership and support, process development and hands-on client account management
- Ensure client satisfaction and esuring company's bookkeeping and accounting deliverables are clean, accurate and on time
- Perform periodic scope reviews of assigned accounts for accuracy and growth opportunities
Required Skills:
- Ability to travel; typically to an annual in-person company-wide meeting
- Experience in accounting and finance for professional service firms
- At least 5 years experience in Bookkeeping, Financial Management, and/or General Ledger Accounting
- Proven excellent people manager, open to direction and collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done
- Proven high organization skills with a strong project management and systems engineering orientation
- Demonstrated superior relationship building skills and account management experience with clients ranging from $1m to $20m in revenues
