Job Summary

A staffing agency has a current position open for a Telecommute Multi Line Claims Adjuster in Chicago.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Managing a desk with a pending file load of 85 -90 files
• Investigating and gathering information to determine the exposure on the claim
• Negotiating settlement of claims within designated authority

Qualifications Include:

• Ability to work 2 – 3 days on-site with the client and 2 – 3 days remotely
• Must be available for ad-hoc trips to client in the event of emergency
• Strong knowledge base for WC and Multi-line commercial claims
• 3 – 5 years of direct experience (willing to train on commercial side)
• Experience working for Third-party Administrators (TPAs)
• Strong written and oral communication skills
