Job Summary
A provider of technology-enabled coding services is seeking a Telecommute Multi Specialty Coder.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide high quality E/M, procedure and surgery coding
- Provide education to providers related to coding
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Current CPC or equivalent through the AAPC or AHIMA
- 2+ years of active E/M coding experience for multiple specialties
- Experience must include coding POS 11, 21, 22, coding of in-office procedures across multiple specialties
- Ability to code all types of E/M visits (ED, CC, home health, prolonged services, etc)
- 2+ years of active surgery coding experience
- Ability to maintain a 95% accuracy rate
