Job Summary
A healthcare company has a current position open for a Telecommute Multiple Level Nurse Medical Management in the Woodland Hills Area.
Must be able to:
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and members to promote quality member outcomes
- Promote effective use of resources through the performance of complex discharge planning
- Work with medical directors in interpreting appropriateness of care and accurate claims payment
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2-5 years acute care clinical experience
- Current unrestricted RN license from the State of California
- Ability to facilitate member care transition
- Requires a minimum of 8 hours per day during business hours of 8:00am - 5:30pm
- Ability to facilitate accreditation
