Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Verifying data and documentation
- Reviewing and auditing data entry and provided documentation
- Sending prepared initial closing disclosure draft
Position Requirements Include:
- Local travel may be required
- High School diploma or equivalency degree
- 2+ years of mortgage closing experience in the last 2 years
- Demonstrated experience with Encompass
- Demonstrated experience with TRID closing regulations
- Demonstrated experience with MS Office software products
