Job Summary
A non-profit organization has an open position for a Telecommute National Electoral Organizing Manager.
Must be able to:
- Manage organizers and volunteer teams
- Expand organization’s reach and volunteer base
- Turn online action takers into offline action takers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to work remotely and travel as required
- Experience working for or volunteering for advocacy or political campaigns
- Experience managing happy and productive teams of people
- Ability to organize a program at scale by recruiting and training volunteer leaders
- Ability to create organizing materials for staff and volunteers
- Valid driver’s license, satisfactory driving record, access to a car and proof of auto insurance
