Job Summary

A nonprofit organization is seeking a Telecommute National Organizing Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive organizing strategy
  • Lead efforts to expand presence into new states
  • Supervise a team of organizers and manage the hiring of additional organizers

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in planning and executing field campaigns
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior management role
  • Ability to develop, monitor, and evaluate field plans
  • Strong management skills and experience
  • Strong knowledge of and experience developing and implementing organizing programs
  • Data management experience and knowledge
