Job Summary
A non-profit environmental conservation organization is filling a position for a Telecommute National Programs Coordinator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Serving as the Advisor for interns in the field
- Conducting one-on-one check-ins with interns as needed to troubleshoot issues and mentor them
- Hosting “live” trainings, webinars, and conference calls
Qualifications for this position include:
- Willingness to travel 10% of time to conduct site visits, attend partner functions, etc.
- 3-5 years Customer Service experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop and maintain relationships
- Strong MSOffice skills and strong working knowledge of databases
- Ability to work well as part of a team as well as independently
