Job Summary

A non-profit environmental conservation organization is filling a position for a Telecommute National Programs Coordinator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Serving as the Advisor for interns in the field
  • Conducting one-on-one check-ins with interns as needed to troubleshoot issues and mentor them
  • Hosting “live” trainings, webinars, and conference calls

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Willingness to travel 10% of time to conduct site visits, attend partner functions, etc.
  • 3-5 years Customer Service experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop and maintain relationships
  • Strong MSOffice skills and strong working knowledge of databases
  • Ability to work well as part of a team as well as independently
