Job Summary
A healthcare company is in need of a Telecommute National Senior Account Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Executing tactical components of the account team's business plan for each customer
- Achieving individual cross sell, growth/retention targets and customer satisfaction levels
- Educating customer on specific policies, product information, and procedures
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel 10-25% of the time
- 5-10+ years sales and/or account management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of maintaining customer accounts through exceptional service
- Must reside in Houston, Dallas, Austin or San Antonio, Texas
