Job Summary

An online home goods retailer is filling a position for a Telecommute National Supply Chain Human Resources Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Work with Talent Acquisition to ensure compliant hiring practices and advise on new approaches to staffing
  • Design and deliver training programs for business leaders
  • Advise on complex employee relations matters

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of Human Resources experience in a lean, fast-paced work environment
  • Experience managing the HR function across multiple geographic locations
  • Excellent problem solver with a proven track record of driving results
