Job Summary
A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute NAV BC Customer Support Consultant.
Must be able to:
- Deliver NAV & Business Central functional and technical services to our clients
- Resolve, monitor and follow-up on tickets with appropriate urgency
- Publish and update knowledge-based articles
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2-4 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV & Business Central
- A customer service or consultant role is also required
- Candidates with experience working with Lanham EDI, Shipping and Receiving solutions
