A consulting firm is in need of a Telecommute NetApp Storage Architect.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Advising the customer on best practices to maintain a high availability environment
  • Providing professional IT engineering to assist the customer with digital transformation
  • Working with the pre-sales teams to tailor customer centric solutions

Position Requirements Include:

  • Experience with NFS v3, 4 / CIFS multi-protocol NAS - Best practice guidance
  • Experience with ONTAP, Flexgroups, MetroCluster IP
  • Flexgroups, MetroCluster experience
  • Ability to assist with troubleshooting and evaluation of issues
  • Ability to provide technical account management
  • Ability to address issues before case creation is needed
