Job Summary

A provider of security technology services has a current position open for a Telecommute NetSuite Business Analyst in Herndon.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Support technical troubleshooting of system issues
  • Lead the evaluation of new releases of these systems
  • Create documentation and rollout new processes to the company

Qualifications Include:

  • Approximately 10% out-of-town travel to regional offices and/or data centers
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related degree
  • 2 years of general Business Analysis
  • SuiteFoundation Certification
  • Knowledge and experience with Value Added Resellers
  • Experience with Professional Services firms and Professional Services Operations
