Job Summary

A software development company is in need of a Telecommute Network and Systems Security Architect in Ft Lauderdale.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Designing security architecture elements to mitigate threats as they emerge
• Aligning standards, frameworks and security with overall business and technology strategy
• Identifying and communicating current and emerging security threats

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Travel to headquarters every quarter
• BA or BS in information security, engineering, computer science, or related area
• GIAC Certified UNIX Security Administrator (GCUX) and GIAC Certified Windows Security Administrator (GCWN)
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
• 5+ years experience in security architecture, demonstrating solutions delivery, principles and emerging technologies
