Job Summary
A health insurance company is seeking a Telecommute Network Contract Associate Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading the development of new concepts, technologies and value-based products
- Analyzing data and developing recommendations on data related to complex and varied business metrics
- Managing unit cost budgets, target setting, performance reporting and associated financial models
Qualifications for this position include:
- BS/BA degree in related field
- 7+ years of experience with provider contracting, pricing, reimbursement rates, network management
- 7+ years of experience with data analysis, financial modeling, alternative payment methodologies
- 7+ years utilizing financial models and analyses in negotiating rates with provider and ancillary groups
- 5+ yeas of experience working with Medicare reimbursement methodologies
- 5+ years of professional project management experience, large and complex projects
