A healthcare insurance provider is in need of a Partial Work from Home Network Development Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Acting as senior resource to a designated team of Network Development Representatives
• Functioning as a critical thinker and decision maker for specific recruitment initiatives and workflow development
• Maintaining fiscal management of departmental expenses and staffing levels

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Ability to travel up to 25%
• Must have experience managing a budget
• Must have 3 to 5 years of management experience
• The minimum education level required is a bachelor’s degree
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel
• Minimum 3-5 years of dental, vision, or provider network development industry experience
