Telecommute Network Engineer

Job Summary

A science and technology company has an open position for a Telecommute Network Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Applying experience with VMware virtual networking, virtual distributed switches, VMware kernel ports and more
• Operating master consoles to monitor the performance of networks and computer system
• Performing disaster recovery operations and data backups when required

Qualifications Include:

• 5+ years of relevant experience creating and supporting enterprise networking solutions
• Strong knowledge of a wide range of cloud services and solutions, including server-less architecture
• Excellent problem-solving and analysis skills with the ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Ability to work and analyze both independently and as part of a team
• Must have experience with proposing new solutions to problems in the areas of their functional expertise
