Job Summary

A science and technology company has an open position for a Telecommute Network Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

Applying experience with VMware virtual networking, virtual distributed switches, VMware kernel ports and more
Operating master consoles to monitor the performance of networks and computer system
Performing disaster recovery operations and data backups when required

Qualifications Include:

5+ years of relevant experience creating and supporting enterprise networking solutions
Strong knowledge of a wide range of cloud services and solutions, including server-less architecture
Excellent problem-solving and analysis skills with the ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues
Ability to work and analyze both independently and as part of a team
Must have experience with proposing new solutions to problems in the areas of their functional expertise
