Job Summary

A technology company is in need of a Telecommute Network Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Receive escalations from other internal groups and Management
• Troubleshoot and identify network issues as they are escalated
• Engage in performance analysis and optimization

Qualifications Include:

• 2-5 years’ experience in a customer facing support position
• 2+ years’ working on large-scale service provider networks
• 3+ years’ network engineering experience
• Strong networking troubleshooting skills
• High School Diploma/GED
