Job Summary

A staffing agency is filling a position for a Telecommute Network Engineer in Georgia.

Must be able to:

• Interpret network requests to develop mapping engineering
• Develop and write change control plans as needed or requested
• Execute monitoring requests presented through production issue escalations or service requests

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Solid understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model
• Understanding of application behaviors and knowledge of monitoring/data collection tools
• Expert level understanding of GigaVUE-OS, clustering, GigaVUE-FM and GigaSMART is required
• Understanding of Cisco and Arista networking and monitoring commands and troubleshooting experience
• Experience with NetScout nGenius tools, including data capture and ad hoc reporting
• Experience with GigaVUE configuration and mapping/engineering on both G series and H series devices
