Job Summary

A technology company has a current position open for a Telecommute Network Functions Virtualization Success Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Participating in key customer meetings and quarterly executive business reviews (EBRs)
• Evangelizing our solutions with our customer management teams and technical teams including developers and IT
• Implementing and maintaining a customer success plan during the NFV adoption phase together with customers to enable a successful adoption of our solutions

Required Skills:

• Willingness to travel up to 50%
• Ability to embrace change in the open hybrid cloud landscape
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to guide change and motivate various stakeholders
• Proven ability to build and nurture relationships across multiple teams and channels
• 5 years of experience in a technical account management, professional services or consulting, customer success, sales engineering, IT architecture
• Experience working for a telecommunications operator or vendor primarily engaged in the telco industry
