Job Summary
A telecommunications company has an open position for a Telecommute Network Operations Assistant.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Reviewing scope of project to determine what permit(s), material, and resources/teams are required
- Preparing for and host/participate in team calls to provide statuses
- Working with the Material Control Center and vendors to provide material statuse
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3+ years or more of experience in Engineering, Construction, Operations, or related department
- 3+ years or more of proven project management and organizational skills
- Strong ability to interact and influence effectively with executives and team members
- Expertise Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Working knowledge of Infinium, M6, and Sitetracker
- Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and explain them to audiences of varying technical expertise
