Job Summary

A telecommunications company has an open position for a Telecommute Network Operations Assistant.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

Reviewing scope of project to determine what permit(s), material, and resources/teams are required
Preparing for and host/participate in team calls to provide statuses
Working with the Material Control Center and vendors to provide material statuse

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

3+ years or more of experience in Engineering, Construction, Operations, or related department
3+ years or more of proven project management and organizational skills
Strong ability to interact and influence effectively with executives and team members
Expertise Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Working knowledge of Infinium, M6, and Sitetracker
Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and explain them to audiences of varying technical expertise
