Job Summary

A leader in automation solutions has a current position open for a Telecommute Network Operations Center Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Monitor and provide timely response to all incidents, outages and performance alerts
  • Recognize, identify and prioritize incidents in accordance with customer business requirements
  • Collect and review performance reports for various systems

Required Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of three years of experience supporting and monitoring linux systems
  • Experience using a variety of monitoring and ticket management tools
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
