Job Summary
An e-commerce company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Network Operations Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading a team of 6 to 8 Network Engineers
- Owning all facets of performance and career management for the team
- Providing both technical and soft skill' mentoring in order to maintain a well-rounded, world-class organization
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Participate in initial phone screens and provide relevant guidance and feedback during on-site interview loops
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- Experience supporting enterprise level network infrastructure
- 2+ years managing networking support teams or engineering teams
- 7+ years managing technical teams
- Demonstrated ability to automate basic tasks in Perl, Python, Ruby or Java
