Job Summary

A risk and compliance solutions company is seeking a Telecommute Network Production Coordinator in Phoenix.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Evaluating Customer Service work orders
  • Responding quickly to all queries/requests using E-mail, Instant Messaging or Phone
  • Creating production plans to meet on-time delivery and client expectations

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 1-year experience as Document Services Specialist, Composition Specialists 2 or 3 or Composition Coordinator
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of Composition Process, Products and Services
  • Basic knowledge of Capacity Monitor System (“CMS”) and OnePlace
  • Basic knowledge of Customer Service Process
  • Strong skill sets in Windows environment and various software including Word, Excel
