A healthcare services provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Network Relations Consultant.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Monitoring service capabilities
- Supporting or assisting with operational activities
- Educating providers as needed to ensure compliance
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience
- 3+ years' experience in business segment environment servicing providers
- Working knowledge of business segment specific codes, specialties, and terminology
- 3-5 years experience with provider relations or credentialing coordination
- Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, problem resolution and critical thinking skills
