Job Summary
A provider of security technology services has an open position for a Telecommute Network Security Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Monitoring and defending attacks utilizing security technologies
- Visiting client locations
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel up to 50% to client locations in New England and New York
- Information Systems architecture and security control design & development experience
- Proficiency in Firewalls, IDS/IPS, DLP, Proxy, Endpoint, SIEM, or general networking
- Proficiency in Windows 2003 & 2008 R2, Windows XP & 7, RHES, CentOS and Ubuntu Linux
- Proficiency in monitoring and defending attacks
