Job Summary

A pricing solutions company is in need of a Telecommute Network Security Engineer in Madison Heights.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Configuring remote access VPN functionality
  • Creating virtual firewalls with appropriate configurations and policies
  • Physically installing and connecting firewalls and other security appliances

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Will have to travel to Client site occasionally
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing protocols, L2/L3 switches
  • Experience in a technical support role
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with security products firewalls, IPSec, IDS/IPS, Anti-Spam, virus scanning
  • Extensive working knowledge of Windows, UNIX or Linux
