Telecommute Networks Managing Director

Job Summary

A nonprofit organization has an open position for a Telecommute Networks Managing Director.

Must be able to:

• Leverage the customized evaluation framework to monitor progress of projects
• Lead stepback meetings with district leadership to share learnings
• Effectively manage a team of up to 12 members to meet ambitious goals in service of our district partners

Qualifications Include:

• Up to 25% travel required
• Bachelor's degree required
• A minimum of 10 years professional experience
• a minimum of 3-5 years senior leadership experience in K-12 education and/or the non-profit sector
• Experience leading a team, developing distributed leadership, and managing managers
• Track record of developing deep subject matter expertise in others
