Job Summary

A financial services company is filling a position for a Telecommute New Business Support Representative in Bellevue.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Perform index and data entry of application information into workflow, customer/agent relationship and administrative systems
  • Identify No Agent Producer applications and route appropriately for processing
  • Serve as main contact point for all internal communication leading to resolution of application submission

Required Skills:

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Effective interpersonal skills with a service minded, team attitude
  • Possess a strong work ethic with a sense of urgency for timely, accurate transaction processing
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, metrics-driven, ever-changing environment
  • Strong organizational skills including ability to prioritize multiple tasks
