Job Summary

A healthcare supply company is filling a position for a Telecommute New Patient Enrollment Specialist in Clearwater.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Building, managing, and maintaining overall Insulin Pump and CGMS patient care duties and customer relationships for the department
• Handling inbound and outbound calls from patients physicians and referral sources to ensure patient satisfaction, and troubleshooting new and existing patient concerns
• Ensuring all medical documents, patient accounts and files are updated, consistent and complete

Qualifications Include:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Proven working knowledge of billing procedures, insurance reimbursement procedures and HCPC codes
• Ability to analyze and correct accounts receivable problems
• Demonstrated knowledge of government and commercial insurance payers as it relates to documentation of claims that are required before submission
• Ability to understand Medical Records and terminology
• Availability in evenings and weekends
