Job Summary
A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute NICU Registered Nurse Case Manager I.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Ensuring member access to services appropriate to their health needs.
- Coordinating internal and external resources to meet identified needs
- Monitoring and evaluating effectiveness of the care management plan
Position Requirements Include:
- Current, active, and unrestricted RN license in California
- 3-5 years of bedside NICU experience
- 3 years of clinical experience or a combination of education and experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
