A bank is seeking a Telecommute NMLS 1 Mortgage Loan Originator in the Greater Los Angeles Area.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Originating mortgage loans in an assigned metropolitan territory
- Taking applications, conducting preliminary underwriting reviews, and submitting loan applications
- Ensuring that documents are secured in a timely manner
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel
- National Mortgage Licensing System registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z
- A criminal background and credit check
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of mortgage, sales, real estate, or banking experience
