Job Summary

A healthcare IT staffing and recruiting firm has an open position for a Telecommute Non Acute Participant Registered Nurse.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Participating in a survey focused on the integration of bedside nursing and virtual nursing workflows in in-patient settings
  • Sharing your experiences, challenges, and best practices related to virtual nursing
  • Providing feedback on the impact of virtual nursing on patient care, nurse-patient interactions, and overall workflow

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Registered nurse license
  • At least 1 year of experience working as a virtual nurse and/or virtual sitters
  • Experience working in a hospital environment
  • Ability to provide the necessary context for understanding the integration of virtual nursing with bedside nursing
  • Ability to provide feedback on the impact of virtual nursing on patient care, nurse-patient interactions, and overall workflow
