Job Summary
A national mortgage originator and servicer is in need of a Telecommute Non Delegated Mortgage Review Specialist in Ann Arbor.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Reviewing outstanding conditions from the mortgage underwriter
- Reviewing closing packages for accuracy and conditions of deficiencies
- Ensuring loans are insured or guaranteed
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2-5 years mortgage experience
- Strong knowledge of FNMA, FREDDIE and Government guidelines
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiar with closing documents in a mortgage transaction
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office products
